The Greater Warren County Drug Task
Force main goal is to provide drug enforcement for
the entire county. This includes assisting all law
enforcement agencies who operate in Warren County
and Wilmington, Ohio. However, additional goals involve
providing training for law enforcement, and educating
the general public on both licit and illicit drug
abuse.
A
significant effort will be made in the prosecution
of offenders involved in licit drugs, meaning those
engaged in the illegal diversion of prescription drugs.
A monthly pharmacy newsletter and cooperation with
Warren and Clinton County health professionals will
provide an ongoing program to address a drug problem
that represents at least 30% of the overall abuse.
The Greater Warren County Drug
Task Force recognizes that in order to be truly successful
in any law enforcement endeavor, the support and assistance
of the general public is essential. In order to help
accomplish this goal, The Greater Warren County Drug
Task Force telephone number is prominently listed
on this site, and all calls will be kept in the strictest
confidence. In addition, a new feature allows you
